The location of the hotel is excellent as it is situated right next to a train line and close to a train station, making it convenient for getting around. guests can enjoy watching movies on the big screen cinema downstairs, adding to the entertainment options. The room I stayed in had a comfortable bed with a great view of the skyline, providing a pleasant atmosphere. The bathroom was clean and spacious, allowing for easy movement. The service provided by the staff was prompt and efficient.
There were some issues with the cleanliness of the floor and sheets, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

Cleanliness, hotel facilities, location close to transport links. The hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained. We were impressed with the stylish and modern design throughout. The facilities, including the big screen cinema and restaurant MTHR, were a big plus. The location of the hotel is conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to explore this city.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say that I had an amazing experience. The location is very convenient and easy to get into central London by tube or train. The staff were very welcoming and made my stay feel like home. The room amenities were fantastic, including heating, mini-bar, and tea and coffee facilities. The leisure spa & wellness centre was outstanding, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, turkish bath. I spent hours in the spa lounge enjoying the facilities and the stunning view. The bar/ lounge area was a great place to unwind with a welcome drink while enjoying the flat-screen TV.
I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends without hesitation.

The facilities on the 20th floor and basement were really cool. Although we didn't use them much, they were excellent. The location was great and close to the DLR station.
Despite this, the beds were comfy, and the swimming pool on the 20th floor offered an amazing view of the city. The staff at the restaurant on the 20th floor were lovely and provided excellent service.
